The Importance of One Table in Discipleship
Faith in Greek is pistis which is like the Hebrew word amo not. I think that also is such a distinction for how I was taught this this passage growing up. The other really big issue that Paul is talking about in this letter and also brings up in first Corinthians is the idea of one table. That to me really feels like a continued conversation that we're still grappling with all of these years later, both from the sense of like denominations and who gets to take communion and Eucharist.
