Is There Something I Can Do in the Molecular Biology Field?
In the early 90s out of the neuroscience field was efforts led by some really great bi-mathaticians like Nancy Cappell. They began to look at very simplified neuronal systems, say a small network in the lamp response of a court. And they could systematically study these interacting neurons and comparing what they measured experimentally with their models in interplay. So we became motivated by that in now the molecular space. We thought there was an opportunity here. We didn't know what it would be but figuring out what could there be what I can do?
