The Consequences of Self

The consequences of self aren't just what it compels you to do, but what it does with you after. I've watched a lot of people in recovery not recover from that sense of doership concerning what they did when they were loaded. That which has defeated us isn't us, which is paramount. The difference between a resentment and my resentment is huge.
