The Importance of Asking Pesky Questions in Focus Groups

We've been sizzling this for a few weeks. You've been telling me, oh, we can only look at the numbers. We can't necessarily tell you the why. But you have asked the pesky questions in focus groups. How are you doing this? So what we're doing about testing this new idea that it's fine to get the numbers, but it always becomes a what do you think? What was really interesting in this was we did ask people both how they intended to vote on the voice, but also their reasons. I guess the stand out for me was some of the reasons driving no voters and these came up. It's almost like Paul in Hanson's speaking point
