How to Use a Model a Sheet to Improve User Experience
The bottom sheet is widely used, and I think it might be depending on the function of the task of what you want to do. The idea is that you still want to be connected to the main flow. Your main flow is accepting order. You can either say yes, no, and then close your button sheet. There's more complex alternative flow, which you can either choose between predefined times or a custom time. This is why we don't really want to bother the user with all the information in one place if they don't need it.
