The Potentials for Misuse of Artificial Intelligence

We're very lucky right now that most of the people who choose to become terrorists or file an extremist just aren't very bright, and they aren't very good at carrying out their goals. We can imagine a friendly artificial assistant helping people who otherwise couldn't build a bomb to build one. And it's not going to arrest them afterwards. It's just helped its user carry out a task. A lack of moral side constraints on this is a cause for concern in intelligent people.
