Ross: There are four pillars to peak performance in the digital age. The first thing that we have to do is create our digital guardrails so we have to have some digital borders and boundaries because technology has crept into every single crevice of our lives. So for example, I often debunk the myth of multitasking many people today However, I doing you know video calls and triaging their inboxes They're not biologically designed to work for really long stretches of time. And the fourth pillar is digital disconnection. We need to take regular breaks or enter what neuroscientists call the default mode network. If we can get those four things rightWe can thrive in this digital landscape.
