Is This a Slam Dunk?
I don't see it really as a slam dunk, because I think you are relying on a witness who openly hates the person that he's testifying against. Did he do it because he was concerned about the election, or did he just not want this to come out? It feels like it's hard to prove and it is not very high stakes. A violation of the law ought to be treated the same as anyone else who may have violated that same law.
