I would only be a happy landlord if I was able to take care of minor or major stuff myself it all depends but yeah there's definitely some super successful property owners who are not carpenters at all. Even now in retirement I just do a lot of building stuff and I have a great time so I'm never going to stop that. You get this great combination of artistic design and carpentry work and then a little bit of business work you know renting it out and then it turns into a so passive income which is paying 10% per year or whateverso yeah that's amazing.
