Do You Have a DIY Multivitamin?

If you were trying to do like a DIY multivitamin, then the way that you would do it would be to eat one or two ounces of liver a day. But if you're on a low carb diet, I think a bell pepper is one of the best ways to go because that has a really high vitamin C to net carb ratio and a raw bell pepper. If you have a top three or top five nutrient dense foods that are just, you know, sublime, regardless of taste or whether you like or not,you'll be good.
