Small Talk Is So Important in International Business

In international business, small talk is so important, right? So if we spent all of our time just learning those vocabulary word for international trade, we're not going to have any material for small talk. And I should also mention I've worked in Switzerland quite a lot. A lot of the Swiss bankers and very interesting for people at a certain level of income or acertain level of wealth, sometimes they actually don't want to talk about money or business at all.
