Anxiety Is Not Going to Help Your Productivity

Anxiety is a habit loop, and how unhealthy cycles of fear and worry can often leave us feeling stuck. A feeling of worry can trigger a mental behavior of worrying. Worrying feeds back and tells our brain, hay, this is better than doing nothing. So the next time we're anxious, it triggers us to worry again, which then feeds back and makes us more anxious. And then we actually can go over this event horizon of anxiety, worry, anxiety, worry,. into that event horizon of, you know, over into that black hole ofo panic.
