We're living a time in which you have to re-engineer, call it research if you want to. You got to rethink not just your calling, but how you expedite your calling. For example, your metrics of church have changed. There are two things that churches have to measure right now. One is involvement. That's internal impact. It is external. And so we've got to get our teams together and say, okay, what are the numbers we're looking for? How do we measure involvement?"
