We have a human rights system, which I think most countries globally have moved towards the US as you know has a very old constitution that just comes from another time in history. But we could so I think to kind of try to find common denominators. What's interesting is that at least on my understanding on both sides of the Atlantic Sea is that a surveillance system if done on your own citizens would violate the Fourth Amendment. If you apply 702 on a European citizen, you come to the same conclusion. So it's very hard for the Court of Justice to say, hey, there is unconstitutional surveillance in another country.
