I don't lose my temper, but I do get angry about things, certainly. But I hate the idea of raising my voice and I very rarely do it. It's empathy, really, isn't it? Because you can imagine how hurt someone else might be. Yeah, but I think also you have to accept that people expect it. Even shouting, which I don't, I've never really done.
