The Transition to Technosignatures
The emphasis in the 60s and 70s was communication with extraterrestrial intelligence. It's really interesting studying the terminology shift that's happened for SETI over decades. Because of biosignatures, techno-signatures made sense. We were able to capitalize on that growing field. But interestingly now there's actually a little bit of pushback against that.
