Design Thinking Mindset
Design thinking is a common sensical kind of, if that's a word, common sense approach. You really want the mash up between the variety of different people in different points of view. When i started the d school, it was very hard for the faculty to work together, cause just they weren't collaborative. And so there's a humanness to whatever discipline you are. There's a human if you can get down to the humanest humanness of the situation then it seems like people have a kind of reason and a natural bias to o joining.
