The 16a Intermittent Fasting Protocol

The 16a protocol was worked really well for me. I saw my fasting glucose go from like 120 inching down over time till 80 during sleeping hours generally. And then it kind of naturally rises with the rise of cortisol in the morning, et cetera. But it also just evened out. It became waves instead of mountain ranges. That is where the most data exists that I could find mostly out of such a pandas lab in San Diego.
