Wildfire Funding Isn't Going to the Firefighters
The funding seems to be pouring into the wildfire world and especially these disaster relief funds that are coming in as well based on global climate change initiatives. But when it comes to actually paying the firefighters on the ground, there seems to be some barriers and some hiccups still where the spic It seems to be turned off on those funds and people aren't seeing it. And then we complain about mental health issues in the wildfire world. And it's like, well, no kidding. The agencies can't even pay their people.
