I can't imagine anything that a normal human would need to do on a computer that the M1 MacBook can't handle. I'm very tempted by the Ultra for all the reasons we discussed. My decision for going with the SE originally was it didn't have the always on screen. But having it like being able to see the time when you're looking at it at 170 degree angle is quite nice.
