The Importance of Motivation in Life
I feel like when you're struggling, whether it's with the cost of being fit or what just having the time, kind of work life balance, that sort of thing, fitness is often the first thing to go. And I think it will pay dividends down the line because obviously if technically, I'm told it's probably easiest to be fit and healthy when you're young. But one of the things that I'm finding really frustrating is I've got some kind of hip problem, knee problem, not sure it's being looked into. It's been being looked into for the last kind of nine months. That's like my GP actually helping to try and work out what's wrong. So
