The Difference Between Role Master, Mare, and Lord of the Rings Adventure Game

The Lord of the Rings adventure game could have been bigger and better if it had been an easier system. The Middle Earth map for Merp is just fantastic. It's bigger than the known Tolkien Middle Earth because they wanted to expand the world so that they had room to play. If you don't like the lightness of 5e, you can go back to a 2e. They're different systems. These aren't really. You can't run three different systems concurrently. And all of them super crunchy. Like you're just marketing the same thing to the same people.
