Do You Know What NNTR Means?
Don't spend your time managing it the easy to distract yourself from having to do the difficult and important first. NNTR means no need to respond, so everyone I deal with should put that at the bottom of their emails if they don't need a response. Tell someone you have to stop on a time that's not, say, a 15 minute increment or especially not a half hour increment. If there's something where you really want to make sure you make it an escape,. give them that odd time.
