The Banking Crisis and the Need for TARP 2
Aaron Carroll: There's no signs of contagion from this banking crisis that we've had so far. You may see, you know, the real estate market, for example, certain assets being hurt and you may be seeing some sort of asset deflation to a certain extent. He says there is absolutely little to no equity bid for commercial real estate development right now at any level. Carroll: If this goes on for another year, you will start to see,. in my opinion, a huge lag in multifamily housing starts.
