How to Be a Reasonable Person in a Trial
A reasonable person is inherently a non-legal concept. It's easy as lawyers to dig into the elements and say, well, this doesn't meet this element. And so you just want to involve other people in the conversation to figure out, is this reasonable or not? In this case, they're probably not even going to hear testimony about Nealey's past violence.
