Streamline Health - What's the Why Behind OKR?
Streamline Health adopted OKR two years ago. The company had a monthly operations review, which was really each department had their own KPIs that they selected and then they reported out on their ongoing activities. A new CEO came on board and he asked us to find a tool where we could track the OKRs. It's really created a rallying cry for the organization. Each OKR is inspiring. It helps indicate where we want our resources to be focused.
