Why You Shouldn't Read Philosophy

I feel like the sort of the joke of the partially examined life, if I remember it correctly, is, you know, at one point thought of doing philosophy and then thought better of it. What I would say to them is that they're not being honest. They do want to study philosophy. Someone wants to be a philosopher. That's another essay I want to write. And Philosophy has a bad, a bad reputation, but I think part of that is, well, it has a bad reputation among some people. Part of that, I think, is just the desire to do it in a way, but the unwillingness to put the effort, I'd say.
