If you are running from a problem to a problem, you're just fixing the problems that occurred. What i do see a lot of time is founders saying, well, i don't want to put to much organization. We hate it. My ex wiset hates we moved from the big company where we hated it. You can make it in a way that it doesn't smell sound like a big organization. Hopefully i don't make it at a pipe though, you have to askfor that. It's i you can make it us. Let's all get alined.
