How Do You Think About Moments That Matter When Designing Experiences?

I try not to tread in those areas that are not going to empower them. We do talk about we can't get around the history about talking about the challenging parts, but there has to be a way forward from there. So really bringing it into a full story arc for our students. I love this thinking. One thing we talk about at IDEO is when design experiences, you think about moments that matter. And kind of when you string those together, when you sequence them together, you start to get a really sticky, memorable experience.
