Are We Going to Hang on to Our Workers?

Some companies that really wanted to ramp up their hiring are maybe going to remove those job postings. But keep in mind, from the employer's perspective, they've all been talking for the last two years about labor shortages. I think a lot of companies will say, you know what, it was so tough to find these people to begin with That we're willing to hang on to them for a while to see how things shake out.
