How was school to day? is a question that almost every parent has asked their kids at some point or other. The same thing as managers, you don't give me an up date. And for kids too, it's the same thing, i think, you catch them with your headlights. One of the things that i tell others to do, and things that I try to do myself, is, to ask my child what is one new thing you eand to day. Or, what is one unique experience that you had to day? Which tells them that they can't just limit their answer to, oh, it was a good day, but actually reach beyond and think about
