The Importance of Culture in Emerging Plants
A culture is a reflection of the leader, and the tone is really set by a leader. We were fortunate in having a founder and a leader like Daniel who's the most human human I've ever met. And so there has to be a genuine and authentic care for it from the top where you're fighting a losing battle. One of the most important things that we did at kind wasWe set a ownership culture. That started with the idea that structurally everyone who joined had a stake in the company.
