For the first three years, i would just do weekly meet ups. Within a couple months, i had these groups filled of like 30, forty, 50 people. Then i started doing retreats every couple or every a quarter, and then it went down to twice a year,. But, ye, i mean, so people just started finding me pretty quickly from there... It wasn't great for scowling though, i'll tell you that much.
