Heart Failure Association of the ESE have a HEF PEF diagnostic algorithm. But they're quite complicated and, you know, they do the last steps of them off on our invasive hematonomic monitoring. So what we kind of do in practice and what is now recommended from the new ESE guidelines is to look at the markers on echocardiogram. The more of them they have, the more likely you're going to have a diagnosis of HEFPEF.
