How to Scale Scalability of the Funding Layer of Governance

NAN 22: We want to encourage huge ambitious projects. How we solve these sort of like scaling governance problems is by creating, let's say, infrastructure where larger, more scalable funding activities or governing opportunities can occur. NAN 22: I think it's a really important problem in the sense that nouns, sort of, the second client would be like, a public good within the nouns ecosystem.
