James Pratt: I wish I spent a lot more time focusing on how to get good or teach other staff members to be good at sales and marketing. The amount of time that we invest into training, it was fun. Did it help us get referrals? Did it put together a better product? Yes. Could we have potentially grown much faster if I had a sales genius or a marketing guru on staff back in 2016, 17, 18? Yeah, I think so. If you're just not going to spend the time to make it a 30, 40, 50,000 a month business, then it's probably not going to happen.
