Getha: There's two things that drive sleep. One is this homeostatic drive, which means like, when you wake up in the morning, you're not asleep. As the day progresses, you'll get this hunger for sleep. The second one is this circadian drive and there are these things called site givers or time givers that really anchor your circadian clock. Getha: So I think it would be remiss to not dive into some of your favorite practices to improve sleep.
