The Importance of Music in My Life

I used to love going to church. When we moved to the US, like my mom started taking us to a church in Harlem called Abyssinian Church. Like that choir made me feel like music is the single greatest thing in the world. I literally did not have anyone that I can talk to about this stuff until I started doing it. And so that is my relationship to live music until I hadn't seen a live show other than then going to church and seeing choirs until I played a live show.
