Essie, how is it that avocados damage the endothelial cells? You recommend a pretty low fat, less than 10% of your calories coming from fat on your disease or heart disease reversal program. Essie: I don't think we've ever heard of anybody who went into the emergency room and said, my God, help me out. I'm fat deficient. With the exception of B12, you should be able to get all of your nutrients, vitamins and minerals from a nice variety of helpful foods.
