Water company currently leak about three point one billion leters of water every single day from their own under invested, disjointed, badly maintained network. I think the government could take a lead with the industry as a whole and come up with a national drive to influence people's behaviour towards water usage. But at the same time, the industry meeds the start getting really involved in te diom ot their leaky pipes as any attempt to fix qorting.
