The Heart Meditation on the Muse S

The Muse S has a new meditation feature called the heart meditation. You're literally listening to the beating of your heart like the beating the drum. When you do these exercises, what you're really doing is training your body to breathe in more and hold that breath for longer which encourages even more increase in your blood pressure.
