Social media operates like a drug. It creates a specific chemical reaction in your brain that is edictive. Like any drug, it changes your behavior and it changes the way that your brain works. Even if you did throw your smart phone in the trash, the world around you is still profoundly influenced by social media. You're affected by it even if you were not on facebook or on twitter oron n instrgram yourself. So what can you actually do as an individual when you were living in that world?
