How Do We Characterize the Legacy of the Greeks?
There is no renaissance without the greeks, which what renaissance stands for. The university system and schooling as we know it to this day has its roots in western culture. Many of the things that our children do in schools ar educational institutions have these deep roots in Greek culture. But if you want to understand modern education then you cannot ignore the greek legacy.
