How Hard Is It to Collect on Judgments
A lot of people who engage in cyper stocking and harassment are notpp with vast resources. Such people are often referred to as like judgment proof. You can try to garnish people's wages, you can try to put a lean on any property they own. But before you can do any of that, you have to do what's called domesticating a judgment and register it in the county where that person lives. So after you go through what has probably been a pretty expensive legal process for you, if your alleged a harasser is located out of state, you are then going to have to hire another attorney in the state where they are.
