Is Esma on a Path to Be That Super Regulator?

Is there any thought given to them having reall regulatory governants over all 27 markets so that something like consolidated tape could be done? Or is that just a pipe dream with so many countries involvedin m? Well, so we dont. It doesn't require esma to b it would be helpful if esma was a super regulator and had some teeth. But actually, there's different solutions. So the u ka can now just do what it wants to do around financial markets.
