The NVA, Is This an Insurgency?

CNN's John Sutter talks with author about his time in Afghanistan. He says the NVA were common, they just stopped like a cartoon and went back into the jungle. They had to kill American award if they killed one of us or got body of a dead body so they could be world heroes for rest of their lives.
