The Early Development of a Go to Market Strategy
i wanted to walk through the initial development of that go to market strategy. Can you walk me through the early part? When exactly do you get involved? So i pretty much get involved when the information memorandum lands on my desk, or times i have an eye on the target. And then we check with banks, as they might be up for sale or something. It's about digging into the contracts, looking atvlig i actually go through their customar contracts and statements of work.
