Don't Allow Yourself to Make a Decision Out of Desperation
Don't be so desperate to fill your platform with people that you think bunch decisions. You can get by with a keys player and one vocalists. I would rather have a stage just stacked with people who have crappy attitudes and horrible hearts, such us. A if somebody walked into my church that sounded like carry underwood, but had just a horrible attitude, i would have that conversation as well. How do you like, what are some tools or systems to help follow up with new volunteers?
