NPC is like a multi-party computation. It's divided and shared amongst participants, but none of them can actually reconstitute the private key. A transaction signed by a PC is pretty much indistinguishable from a transaction signed by an EOA account. So everything happens, you know, sort of off chain. And in on chain, but you can't, there's no way distinguish an NPC wallet from an EOA wallet basically.
