Are There More Female Computer Programmers at Google?
Universities are already amongst the most liberal, progressive, tolerant places on the planet. So why aren't there more female computer programmers at google? I don't know. Maybe it is still, in part, an old boys a environment. We've heard story about that. But what's the base rate of how many women are applying for Google jobs? Is it 50? 50? Only 20% of the 50 % of women are hired. You can only hope hat there's no consequence of these programmes. Because people are already doing what they ought to do. They doing what any o liberal or progressive would want them to be doing.
